When these feelings hit you, it can be confusing and maybe even overwhelming as to what to do.  The Lightbulb Cure empowers you with the knowledge you need to help yourself feel better.  We’ve spent years looking at the research about what works for anxiety, depression, PTSD and have pulled together the best activities and resources that make a difference. 

The Lightbulb Cure is an app-based solution designed to remove stigma, cost and time delays with getting help.

The LightBulb Cure was founded by a team of humans, wanting to shed some light on what evidence-based medicine proves.

We were founded on the principle that when you know better, you do better.  

So we are shining the light on easy-to-follow activities that the research shows actually work the best…and get you on a path to feeling better.
